We build EVA, we run the licensing service, and we answer your support email.
The company that sells it to you
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every purchase on this site. That means Paddle is the seller on your receipt and on your card statement, and Paddle is responsible for taking the payment, issuing the invoice and handling any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are.
Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern the sale itself. Their contact details are on the receipt they email you, and questions about an invoice, a tax line or a charge on your statement can go to either of us.
Support
support@evaedit.com, answered by a person, in English or Portuguese.
- First reply within two business days. Usually sooner.
- Support is by email only. There is no phone queue and no chatbot.
- If the app showed you an error, click Copy diagnostic and paste it into your message. It contains no keys and no personal data, and it usually tells us exactly what happened.
- For a licence move between computers, say which machine you are retiring.

What EVA is, in one paragraph
EVA is a desktop application for Windows and macOS that edits batches of video. You give it folders of raw takes, and for each folder it removes silence, joins the takes, applies transitions, transcribes the audio through AssemblyAI, renders captions and an optional headline, and exports one finished MP4. It runs on your own machine. It does not generate video or voices, and it does not publish anything anywhere.
